First to send to their list and then asked if the alliance had a list of alliances in other states. LAB should have a resource to do this. LAB cut lots of its services when it had a budget crunch. (I stopped typing to send your email to the communications director at LAB.) If you haven't yet done so, post to rec.bicycles.soc & other news groups.
